We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to support the organization’s legal and compliance functions. The role involves managing legal documentation, providing advisory support, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Provide timely legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor updates in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
  • Assist in managing disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes in coordination with legal counsel.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation systematically.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Support corporate governance activities such as drafting board resolutions and handling statutory filings.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions to enhance awareness of legal and compliance requirements.
Key Requirement
  •  Attorney-at-Law or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, preferably with a business-related academic background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience in BFSI or IT services sectors will be an added advantage.

  • Aid in coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules. Generate reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and updates.
