Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, Executive – People and Culture to support our core HR operations, drive employee engagement, and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement initiatives, HR administration, and offboarding. The role requires close collaboration with department leads, employees, and regional stakeholders to build a collaborative environment and deliver seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Act as an approachable contact for employee queries, pulse surveys, and workplace concerns.
  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, orientation schedules, welcome kits, and IT setups.
  • Maintain employee records, leave data, and documentation in the HRIS.
  • Draft employment documents ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance coordination.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly payroll data, including tracking attendance, leave, overtime, and salary adjustments for processing.
  • Assist with performance review cycles, training logistics, and L&D tracking.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on HR, People Operations, or People & Culture experience.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment standards.
  • Experience using HRIS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly capable with proven discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a distributed team setting.
Extra Value Additions
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in multi-country or regional HR operations.
