The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), technical integrations, custom developments, and solution architecture while supporting end-to-end project delivery. The role requires close collaboration with business consultants, architects, QA teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality banking solutions.

• Design and develop technical solutions on the Temenos platform.
• Configure and customize Temenos applications according to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain local developments and extensions using Temenos technologies.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems through APIs, web services, messaging, and middleware.
• Develop OFS interfaces, batch processes, and technical utilities.
• Perform technical impact assessments and prepare solution designs.
• Support data migration activities and technical deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business consultants, architects, QA teams, and customer technical teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational manuals.
• Participate in estimation, proposal support, and technical pre-sales activities where required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Temenos Core Banking implementations
• Temenos technical certifications will be considered an added advantage
• Strong experience with Temenos Transact (T24)
• Hands-on expertise in Java and InfoBasic development
• Strong knowledge of the jBASE environment
• Experience with OFS (Open Financial Services)
• Working knowledge of TAFJ and/or TAFC architecture
• Experience in Version Routines and Local Developments
• Knowledge of EB APIs and Temenos Extensibility Framework
• Experience in IRIS API integration using REST and SOAP services
• Experience with Java-based integrations
• Strong understanding of Temenos upgrade methodologies
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based deployments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker technologies
• Familiarity with source code management tools and DevOps practices
• Proactive technical leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Exceptional communicator experienced in stakeholder management and working within multicultural, distributed teams

• Experience with Temenos Integration Framework (IF)
• Experience with Temenos Payment Hub and Digital Banking solutions
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as WSO2, MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, or similar technologies
• Experience in multi-country Temenos implementations
• Experience in Temenos upgrade and migration projects
• Experience in performance tuning and production support environments
• Exposure to pre-sales activities and solution estimation
• Prior technical leadership or team lead experience
